Rattlesnake Ledge is a popular hike in the Pacific Northwest which is now quite crowded at the top. I photographed a rare peaceful moment and decided to capture the beauty and peace on canvas.
This painting is part of my solo show, titled Celebrating the Pacific Northwest, and was shown at the Sammamish City Hall from October 24 - January 17, 2020.
I’ve included my original photograph so the viewer can enjoy my creative process.
This is now available in cross stitch as the original painting sold in May 2021.
