Immaculate Conception is an oil on canvas by El Greco Theotokopoulos
Domenikos and dated from 1580-1586. Shortly after arriving in Spain, El Greco
became interested in the theme of the Immaculate Conception, one of the most
genuine images of the Spanish Baroque. This design was requested by a collector.
